Welcome to Squadz 254: Squadz 254 is Kenya's digital gaming hub built for social sherehes, parties, and trivia. By accessing our platform on any browser or installed web application, you agree to these Terms.

Age & Fair Play: Squadz 254 is intended for users aged 13 and above. You agree to play with good sportsmanship and not exploit or reverse-engineer game mechanisms.

Games & Daily Free Passes:
• Kenyan Charades: Players receive 10 free cards daily. Unlimited access and private squad rooms are accessible via optional passes.
• Guess The Logo (GTL 254): Players receive 5 free logo quizzes daily. Solo mode and Squad Battles are unlocked via individual game passes (e.g. 50 KES Solo Pass) or VIP Unlimited Passes.

M-PESA Payments & Refund Policy: Access passes (e.g., 50 KES Solo Pass, 99 KES Day Pass, 200 KES 2-Week Pass) are processed in real-time via Daraja M-PESA STK Push. Once a pass is activated on your device, it is non-refundable. If payment is deducted but your pass is not activated due to a network glitch, contact squadzke@gmail.com with your M-Pesa transaction code for instant activation or refund.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks: All custom party card content, trivia prompts, game UI design, code, Simba mascot artwork, and branding are the property of SQUADZ CULTURE. In Guess The Logo, brand logos and trademarks are the property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized under transformative nominative fair use for trivia, cultural recognition, and social entertainment.

Social Sharing & Content Creation: We encourage you to share! You have full permission to post screenshots, videos, and game reaction clips on TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

What We Collect:
• M-PESA Phone Number: Collected strictly to process initiated payments and verify your game passes.
• VIP Waitlist / Suggestions: When submitting feedback or signing up for game release notifications, your phone number is saved securely to alert you when new games drop.
• Device ID & Scores: Anonymous device identifiers are stored to remember your daily free counts, active pass expiration timers, and Hall of Fame high scores.

Third Parties & No Selling: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only transmit phone numbers to Safaricom/Daraja to initiate transactions requested by you.

Data Security: All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS encryption and stored in secure database infrastructure compliant with the Kenya Data Protection Act and industry-standard security protocols.
