1. THE VIBE (TERMS OF SERVICE)

Eligibility & Age: Squadz 254 is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to play fairly.

Subscriptions: Access to "Unlimited" mode is provided via a paid subscription (99 KES for a Day Pass or 200 KES for a 2 Weeks Pass). Payments are processed via M-PESA. Once a subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.

Refund Exception: In the rare case of a technical failure where payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated, please contact us at squadzke@gmail.com for immediate resolution.

Intellectual Property: All content including card questions, designs, mascots, and branding are the property of SQUADZ CULTURE.

Social Sharing: We love it when you share! You have full permission to share screenshots, recordings, and "News Alerts" of your gameplay on social media to show off your squad's vibe. Written permission is only required for commercial use or redistribution of our core game assets.

2. YOUR DATA (PRIVACY POLICY)

What we collect: We collect your phone number for authentication and M-PESA processing. We do not collect names, emails, or location data unless explicitly provided.

Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We only share your phone number with Safaricom/M-Pesa to process payments you initiate.

Security: Your data is stored securely in our encrypted database. We use industry-standard protocols to ensure your data is protected.

Cookies & Local Storage: We use "Local Storage" (similar to cookies) to remember your device ID, high scores, and PRO subscription status. This is strictly for game functionality.

3. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts and in alignment with the Data Protection Act.
